A brand new top floor 2 bed 2 bath duplex with its own private solarium. It is situated in Lo Pagan, a part of San Pedro del Pinatar, famous for its therapeutic mud baths, salt lakes, natural park and Mar Menor’s warm lagoon. The location is ideal for walks and bicycling and the flat sandy beaches of the area are less than 20 minutes away by foot. The main town and a major shopping centre are just a short distance away, both with a large selection of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. If you prefer to stay in, the solarium is equipped with a pergola and has its own kitchen and outdoor shower. Wi-fi and TV (with a vast selection of British and Scandinavia channels) are available in this property.

Two good size double bedrooms which both have fitted wardrobes. One has a double bed whilst the second has two single beds that can be moved together. The second bedroom leads on to an utility balcony with a washing machine. An extra inflatable bed is available.

A spacious lounge with a dining area, a TV area with a sofa and a flat screen TV, and a small writing desk. Wide patio doors lead onto a large balcony with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The balcony is south facing, equipped with a sun awning for those warm summer days.
