Listing Description

Set in old historic Seville, in a quiet area, close to shops, bars, restaurants and tourist sights. The Macarena Church is close by and the Isla Magica Theme Park across the river is only a 10 minute stroll, the Cathedral and Giralda are about a 15 minute walk and the Alameda de Hercules can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

First floor apartment. Entrance is through a secure door with entry phone. Chic modern decor giving a comfortable, functional and pleasant ambiance.

Layout is open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. Sofa that converts to a double bed if required, coffee tables, dining table with 4 chairs, good lighting.

Bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and w.c.

Communal sun terrace on the roof with sun loungers and a shower.

Washing machine, large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and teapot, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, cooking pots and pans. Crockery, cutlery and glassware for 4 people. 32″ TV with basic international satellite reception.

FREE Wi-fi internet connection available 24/7.
Linen – ample sheets, quilts and towels for each guest. Iron and ironing board. Hairdryer. Personal Safe.

REGULAR NIGHTLY RATES
1 person – €70 per night
2 people – €90 per night (€45 per person per night)
3 people – €110 per night (€36.66 per person per night)
4 people – €120 per night (€30 per person per night).

A 25% deposit (non refundable) is required at the time of booking in order to reserve the apartment.

This deposit can be paid by Visa or Mastercard, Paypal, by bank transfer in Euros to a Spanish Bank or by bank transfer in the Pound Sterling equivalent to a UK bank.

The remaining 75% balance will be payable on arrival.

Also due at check in will be a refundable 150 Euros damage deposit which can either be made in cash or by credit card and returned to you at check out.

We have a staff of 3 FULL TIME MULTI LINGUAL Reps. One of them will be waiting at the apartments for your arrival to check you in, explain how everything works and answer any questions you may have.

They can advise on local amenities, where to eat, places to visit and shop. During your stay they will also be available if you require assistance or further information, tickets to a flamenco show, theme park, day trip, guided tour, tapa trawl and so on.
