Our brand new house, built in the summer 2017, is furnished with love and care. It can accomodate 4 people in cozy, well organized space on 2 levels. From the terrace with a swimming pool you enter a ground floor with airconditioned open plan kitchen and living room. Here is also a toilette with wc, wash basin and washing machine. Interior stairs lead to the first floor with a double and twin bedroom and a bathroom with a walk in shower. Both the bedrooms have air conditioning units.
The house is well organised for a relaxing holiday. Fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, freezer, induction cooker with an oven, large sink and a dishwasher. Comfortable sofa and sat tv are in the living area with views of the terrace with pool. Wooden sun loungers and large sunumbrellas offer you a touch of luxury.
The property is semidetached but private with separate garden and gate/front door.
It is located in a little village where the locals are proper country people, breeding sheep (you can buy sheep cheese of extra quality) and growing vegetables. Only 2 minutes drive away is a beautiful Svetvincenat town, a small town with medieval Grimani castle where during the summer various events take place. The most famous of them is the Festival of contemporary dance and modern theatre when artist from all over the world perform in the main square and the castle every evening. There are 3 grocery shops in Svetvincenat, a post office, atm machine, 1 restaurant with both fish and meat speacialties and 1 excellent pizza place, right in front of the old church, with a sitting out terrace and lovely views of the castle and large square. Bale town is only 12 minutes away, Rovinj is 20-25 minutes away, accesible via 2 different routes. You will find several restaurants in Bale, to recommend is a restaurant in boutique hotel La Grisa, a place for a slightly special dining out. If you like jazz, Bale is well known for a jazz bar and restaurant Kamene price (Stone tales) where Last minute jazz festival takes place every August. Rovinj is a wonderful seaside town in Istria where you can find excellent restaurants (Michelin star as well) and lots of beautiful bars by the sea.
