Casa Vale Verde is a stunning 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa located in the popular resort of Quinta do Paraiso within easy walking distance of the village of Carvoeiro where you will find numerous shops, bars, restaurants and a beach. The resort itself also has a restaurant and pool bar or the popular Monte Carvoeiro square with is bars and restaurants is just a 5 minute walk away. Guest have use of the resort facilities including communal pools, kids club, tennis courts and mini golf. The resort also have nightly entertainment at the bar. The villa has been recently renovated to a high standard and benefits from fantastic sea views. The villa is ideal for families or groups sleeping 10/12. It has 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite, 1 twin bedroom with shower room and 1 children’s bedroom with single bed, pull out bed and ensuite with junior size toilet, sink, bath and shower. Cots can be provided for babies and a sofabed is available in the master bedroom for young children.

The villa is on a secure and safe plot that is fully fenced and has electric gates leading to a large driveway. Beautiful gardens surround the villa with plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the stunning view across the valley and out to sea. To the side of the villa is a grassed garden area ideal for children to play with a table tennis table and basketball net. Steps lead down from the garden to the pool area where there are 8 sunloungers available for you to relax and enjoy the fabulous view. At the top of the stairs is a Jacuzzi hot tub (please note there is an additional fee of £105 per week for the hot tub).
