Villa Gemma is a stunning, modern villa, set in a peaceful location with mature sub tropical gardens, close to many beautiful beaches, a variety of bars and restaurants, shops, golf and tennis.

The nearest beach, Praia do Centianes, is just a 15 walk away and within 5 minutes drive there are many more fabulous beaches to choose from. The lighthouse bar and restaurant at Clube Golfemar with its panaromaic sea view and children’s play area is just a 5 minute walk away. A small supermarket at the Rocha Brava resort is within easy walking distance and there are numerous large supermarkets within 5 minutes drive.

The villa is ideal for groups or families sleeping 10-12. There are 5 bedrooms all with en-suites. One bedroom on the ground floor with a King size bed, three twin bedroom on the first floor and a master bedroom with king size bed and plasma tv also on the first floor. Doors lead from master bedroom onto a large balcony terrace with a lovely view over the pool and gardens and out to sea.

On the ground floor there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a large open plan lounge and dining area with patio doors opening out onto the terrace and pool area. The living room has a large plasma television, cable tv with english channels, a playstation 3, and cd/ dvd player, books

Also on the ground floor is a children’s playroom with a football table, toy chest, bean bags and sofa, ideal to keep the kids entertained and out of the sun at the hottest part of the day!

The villa is air conditioned throughout and also has underfloor heating and a wood burner for the winter months.

The outside of the property centres around a large 12 x 6m kidney shaped swimming pool (heating optional at 180 GBP per week). Next to the pool is a covered terrace with a large dining table and chairs and table tennis Set back a little higher in the garden is a lit barbecue terrace area with a circular table and chairs, giving two alfresco dining options at this lovely property. There is also a lawned area with football goal and basketball net, providing a perfect area for children to play safely away from the poolside.
