We bought this villa in July 2003 and it has since been renovated into a very modern villa throughout.

Further rooms have been added to the villa: bedrooms, bathrooms, conservatory, 5 sun terraces.
There is a very large kitchen with centre island and large breakfast bar. All new floors. Granite staircase leading to master bedroom, very large en-suite, large dressing room and large balcony with pool views.

From bedroom 2 there is a very large patio window leading onto large terrace.

Outside has a large swimming pool (9m x 4m, 1m at the shallow end and 2m at it’s deepest), shower, very large sun bed area, 10 sun beds, pool table with canopy over it so can be used all year round.
