A Lovely modern 3 bedroom 8 berth caravan on the fabulous Haven Golden Sands site with two car parking spaces to the side.

The main double bedroom has a wardrobe with bedside cabinets, two further twin bedrooms with cupboards, the twin beds can be moved together to form doubles. There is a pull down bed in the lounge area to sleep a further 2 people. All bedrooms benefit from blow air heating.

Spacious bathroom with heater, shower, hand wash basin and toilet, and a further separate toilet.

Fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, large oven and hob, microwave and all crockery and cutlery required for self catering.

Spacious lounge with ample seating, flame effect fire, TV, Dining table and seating.

There is a key safe fitted to the caravan which will enable you to gain easy access anytime after 3pm on day of arrival, check out is required by 10am on the day of departure.

Bedding provided and will be made up on arrival, but you will need to provide your own towels and tea towels.

Weekends Friday to Monday (3 nights)
Short breaks Monday to Friday (4 nights)

A £50 non-refundable deposit will secure the booking with the balance due to be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

Excellent amenities and facilities on the site catering for the whole family, including minimarket, launderette, several places to eat including Papa John’s Pizza, Fish and Chips and the Quayside Cafe Bar.

Fishing Lake, Crazy Golf, Heated Indoor and Outdoor Pool, Go Cart Track, indoor and outdoor play area, amusement arcade, live entertainment and more. New for 2020 is an Adventure Village.

Fun passes are not included but can be purchased from Reception on arrival. The fun passes provide access to all entertainment facilities, swimming pools and sports and leisure complex.

Donkey Rides are on offer at the blue flag beach which is a 10 minute walk away and provides miles of golden sands. There is a land train which runs from the site to the beach and also into Mablethorpe.

The Seal Sanctuary is located near to the beach only a short walk from the caravan. There is also a pub within easy walking distance from the caravan.
