The first floor has 3 bedrooms. There is a large double bedroom with a king size bed with en-suite shower room plus 2 further twin bedrooms, these can be made up as doubles if you prefer. All bedrooms are well furnished & all rooms have air conditioning.
Sat TV is now in place offering a good selection of channels. Free Wi-Fi also in situ!

Villa Kerrie is a 2 storey house and as such may be unsuitable for people who find it difficult to climb stairs or require a downstairs bedroom. The pool has a shallow end (less than 1m) and a deep end about 1.7m. There is also a poolside shower. As well as the covered and open veranda areas, there is an extensive tiled area around the pool for sun loungers. Upkeep and maintenance is provided by a local English speaking couple.

he coast is around 1.5 kilometres away, with a pebble beach, there are sandy beaches at various intervals along the coastline.

The three main golf courses nearby are:
Secret Valley Golf Course which is only 5 minutes away.
The New Aphrodite Hills Golf Club only 10 minutes away.
Tsada Golf Club, approximately 20 minutes away.

Coral Bay is a delightful resort situated about 30km away. The main road is lined with a fine selection of shops, restaurants banks and bars, allowing you to relax in idyllic surroundings. The sandy beach with bars, café’s, and its shallow waters, make it ideal for children and adults alike due to the wide range of water sports on offer.

Villa Kerrie is conveniently situated just 10 mins drive from Paphos airport. The area is famous for Aphrodites Rock which represents the birthplace of Aphrodite, the God of Love. The coastal drive to the east is breathtaking with many viewing points. Paphos itself is just 20 mins away with all its shops, bars, restaurants, sea front and harbour, castle and other historic attractions and of course night life. The nearest village is Kouklia which has several traditional restaurants and convenience stores. There are 2 of Cyprus’ best golf courses on hand, namely Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills both less than 10 mins drive away. The Troodos mountains are easily accessed with stunning views from the fabulously scenic drives between the amazing hillside villages. There are endless beaches for sunbathing, swimming and water-sports plus cafes and bars where the sea can lap round your feet!….basically, there is just too much to mention here…..you have to visit Cyprus to believe it!
