The villa is located two minute drive to shops and commercials about 50 miles “35mn drive” South of Alicante and only 10 minutes from the stunning sandy beaches of La Mata and Guardamar, it is also very close to a water park..

It can be reached via both Alicante and San Javier Airports equally 35-40mn away each.
