Property Description

Set in a rural village location, the third of an acre plot houses a single story villa only 35 mins from the beach, with 3 bedrooms, one king, one double and one with two large single beds as well as a travel cot available.

The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, air conditioning, gas hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, a hand juicer, Delonghi coffee machine.
There is air conditioning in the main living room and two bedrooms, an overhead ceiling fan is in smallest room.

There is a dining room, lounge with log burner and a sound bar to link to if you have your music on your mobile/tablet and bathroom with walk in shower. Outside you will be able to relax under the covered terrace on the sofa or take your meals at one of the three tables.. There is also a BBQ for use.

The beautiful large pool (5m x 10m) welcomes you there are sun loungers for your use a large parasol as well as folding beach chairs and picnic rucksack. The nearest supermarket is only a 9 minute drive away in Monserrat and you will find everything you will need. If your trip includes a Tuesday, there is a local village market in Monserrat. However the Central Market in Valencia which houses over a thousand stalls is a must see for fresh produce including meat and fish and goods such as books, music and leather products. The Metro system is just over a 10 minute drive to either Torrent, or 20 m to Picassent where you can commute in and out of the city on a clean, air conditioned train.

Hey, I’m Sue from Gnosall, United Kingdom. I have a daughter who like myself, loves holidays! My partner Rick and I love family get togethers with his 3 children. As you can see our lovely Spanish home has a large pool and is such a wonderful safe environment for families. Over the last 6 years we have been upgrading it and we have had repeat bookings, so we must be doing something right. Our next project will be a paellero which will be fully equipped for outside cooking. We have a relaxed outlook on life although busy jobs, my partner in IT myself in Transportation so Casa Serena is the perfect way for us to unwind and hope you feel this too. We like al fresco dining and our villa has the perfect space just for this. The area is of such beauty, with a plethora of arts and culture and each time we visit we discover something new about Valencia. We love modern music, as well as traditional live music.
