Villa Yaiza is an extremely private and peaceful villa situated in a prime location in Las Coloradas, Playa Blanca. It has 3 bedrooms, one master double with en-suite, one twin and one room with bunk beds. It has two bathrooms, a Kitchen, Lounge and a nice Dining area. Outside it has a large private terrace, with both a chill out and Dining area, a beautiful recently renovated electrically heated pool and Jacuzzi, a Pool bar / decking area and a brick style oven/barbecue and plenty of sunbeds. Inside it has air-conditioning, wireless internet, and a Sky TV, movies & Kids TV, dishwasher, washing machine and electronic safe. The villa has it own allocated parking space, although a car is optional as you have local amenities 5 minutes walk away and the local bus route 2 minutes from the villa. This villa is not suitable for people with walking difficulties as there is a flight of steps to access the villa! Return airport transfers are available if you not wish to hire a car and there is an English caretaker should you need anything,

It is possible to have the pool bar stocked with spirits and also local draft beer, please ask for details when booking

The villa is available from £595 per week for 2 people and then £50 per extra person per week.
