General Terms And Conditions.


These terms are general and relate to my accommodations conditions.

Please note that all other details are supplied in their own separate respective box’s, such as cleaning fees, security deposit etc.

The property is let on the basis of a self catering holiday, occupancy is for the total maximum occupancy shown in the listing.
You will need to send details of all guests in your party along with flight details for both your flights.
You may not without prior consent, ask any other person/s to stay at the property, failure to notify us will result in our agreement being cancelled and you may be asked to leave the property with immediate effect.

Changeover Day and Times– Our changeover days and times for arrival / departure are shown on the listing.

Cleaning and Care – The property is let on a self catering basis and we would appreciate it you could leave it in a similar state as when you entered it.

Security Deposit, this is to be held until your return and after the property has been inspected, providing there is no damage (Excluding items that come under general wear and tear) This amount is also set within the listing page.

The use of the property is solely for your holiday accommodation and not to be used for any other purpose.
Please ask for our full T&C (They will also be sent you in a PDF format prior to your booking for your acceptance.

Deposit, this amount is shown on the booking terms box shown on the listing.
The amount asked for will depend on each individual owner and this should be mentioned on the booking notes too.
Basically the Deposit is there to secure both your booking and the owner may then receive this period for you.

The deposit is normally paid upon booking the holiday, only then will your dates be secured and removed from the calendar.
The balance will be paid in full normally 6 – 12 weeks in advance (the owner will inform you in their own T&C sent in an email and before you make any decisions)
Please remember that if you do cancel and the owner is unable to secure another booking for your given dates, you may well lose your deposit.
Please take out Travel Insurance as soon as you have paid the deposit in order to protect you from any unforeseen events.
