The spacious villa is completely private as it sits within a large plot on top of a hill. It overlooks the S’Albufera nature reserve which is a designated area of outstanding natural beauty and registered on the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. From the pool area in April and May nightingales can be heard singing all day long. Hoopoes and turtle doves can also be seen and heard, while raptors such as booted eagle, kestrel and red kites soar high above. There are walks and trails through the parc and in Spring there are wild flowers in abundance including many orchid species – these months are a must for nature lovers! From the rooftop terrace there are only three other properties visible and two of these are set on a distant hill.
