It’s a haven for those who enjoy the art of “people-watching.”

Stepping back into the apartment, you’ll find a modern lounge tastefully decorated with an L-shaped cream sofa, a large flat-screen TV offering a wide selection of English and international satellite channels, and a dining table accompanied by four chairs. For quick meals or casual conversations, a breakfast bar with two cream stools is conveniently provided. The apartment has undergone stylish refurbishments, evident in the thoughtful details such as a silver mirror and an ornamental silver vase adorned with delicate flowers. The curtains, in charming purple and cream stripes, beautifully complement the overall décor.

The kitchen, cleverly nestled in a corner of the apartment, showcases a sleek design with stainless steel appliances. Equipped with an oven and microwave, a tall 50/50 fridge/freezer, a ceramic hob, kettle, and toaster, it meets all your culinary needs. Tucked away beneath the sink, a washing machine provides additional convenience. A ceiling fan enhances the ambiance of the lounge, keeping you cool during warm days.
